His experience spans across Professional Accounting & Advisory, Service Industry, Government not for Profit and the Oil & Gas sector
Kola is currently a Director at Energy Conglomerate Sahara Energy at their Geneva branch commodities Trading Hub in Switzerland where he has oversight of the Financial, Strategy, Administrative / Risk functions and ensures the seamless integration and coordination within the rest of Sahara Group.
Prior to joining Sahara Energy, Kola held various financial positions in Alberta, Canada for over 12 years where he led in Accounting, Budgeting, Business Advisory and Bankruptcies solutions. Kola holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting & finance from Thames Valley University in London, UK. Kola is a chartered accountant and a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified accountants (ACCA), Chartered Professional Accountant Canada (CPA), Certified General Accountant Canada (CGA). He is also a graduate of the Harvard Business School’s Advance Management Program and he continues to attend numerous business seminars and training ensuring pace with new developments in Business and Technology.
